About Heritage Springs Family Farm | Catharpin, Virginia
Heritage Springs Family Farm is on 12 acres in Northern Virginia. The farm is in a tiny town called Catharpin and straddles Loudoun County and Prince William County- there are portions of the farm in each. It feels like it is in rural Virginia, but Heritage Springs is a short drive from Chantilly, Gainesville, Haymarket, and Warrenton.
The farm is owned by Neil and Shawna Hawkes. Neil is a retired Navy helicopter pilot and Shawna is a retired Air Force space weapons officer. Together with their family, they are living their dream of building a sustainable, joyful, and educational farm. Heritage Springs is dedicated to sharing that dream with you!
The first priority at Heritage Springs is the well-being and care of each animal. The farm is home to mini-Nubian goats, chickens, mini cows, bunnies, guinea fowl, turkeys, ducks, quail, and honeybees. Follow Heritage Springs on Facebook or Instagram to see some super cute pictures and videos of our animals!
Neil and Shawna’s passion is to help people live healthier and inspired lives by providing nutrient-dense, sustainably and humanely produced food and products as well as opportunities for education on a variety of topics centered around self-sufficiency, agriculture, and healthy lifestyle alternatives.
